Ahmad Al Sowaidi is the Chairman of QShield and Director at the Government Relations Department in Sidra Medicine. He has over 25 years of experience working in the private and public sector in a variety of industries. Throughout his prestigious career he has acquired a deep knowledge of Qatari labor law, immigration processes and employee relocation issues.

Ahmed Reda

Managing Partner

Ahmed Reda is an entrepreneur with a record of accomplishment, acquired over 17 years of building companies across Qatar. He has a proven ability of taking ideas from inception to completion and driving complex initiatives and projects to success with bottom line responsibility. He has been building and managing various businesses and has thereby created substantial shareholder value.

With 20+ years of experience, Antoine has dedicated 12 years in Qatar working in different industries including F&B, Insurance and Immigration services.
He has a proven track record in successfully creating business development strategies and sales models that translates into trust and loyalty by his clients.

Head of Client Servicing

With over 18 years of experience, Telza has a total of 14 years in Customer Service across different industries. In addition, to being an expert in Qatari immigration and labor laws, Telza has a solid background in Banking, and Visa Processing Management.

Shanawaz is a veteran accountant with a record of accomplishments of over 20 years financial experience. As a Chief Accountant at QShield, Shanawaz has hands-on experience working in the Human Resources industry. His expertise includes not only cash flow, purchase orders, trial balance, balance sheets, but also, payroll, and WPS.

MaryAnn Santos

Operations Manager

With more than 20 years of experience, MaryAnn has dedicated her career in government relations services in Qatar. With around 10 years at QShield, MaryAnn has hands-on experience in document controlling, logistics, client relationship management and operations.

Mona Elkhatib

Strategy Manager

Mona is a digital strategist with 15+ years of experience in building a strong digital presence and solid community. She has a proven ability of taking on new projects and driving them to success.
In addition to have worked in startup gaming companies, e-commerce and digital marketing agencies, Mona has achievement records from multiple US banks and Fintech companies.

Anas Kunnummal

Anas is an experienced accountant with more than 12 years of experience. Anas worked as foreign exchange officer in the Wall Street Exchange India, and served 10 years at QShield. As a Senior Accountant , Anas has direct and tactile work experience especially in corporate financial services.
